Temenos Launches Cloud-Based Community Training Platform

GENEVA, Switzerland – September 5, 2017 – Temenos (SIX: TEMN), the software specialist for banking and finance, today announces the launch of Temenos Learning Community (TLC) – its new online learning platform. TLC is a subscription service that provides easy and instant access to Temenos’ training materials, as well as the ability to participate in online exams, covering Temenos Suites, product families and technology. TLC will serve as a platform for clients and partners to build their Temenos expertise. The certification program can be used to support the onboarding of new employees or to refresh and enhance the knowledge of those who already work with Temenos technology. Members of TLC will also gain access to a cloud-based model bank sandbox, along with suggested learning pathways to help guide the education process.

In 2016 alone, Temenos took 178 financial institutions live on its market leading software – showing an all-time high for a demand in Temenos trained consultants worldwide. Responding to a high demand for training, Temenos has further invested in its training division, bringing this online platform to market as part of an exciting roadmap of future training solutions.

The yearly subscription will benefit clients who want to train their current employees on best practices, prospective clients who want to prepare for implementation, as well as partners, who will be able to increase the speed and quality of the delivery of implementations that they support. Members will progress through the ranks from “Member” to “Innovator” by successfully passing the online exams and gaining credits. As a training tool that is fully operated online, members are able to participate at their own pace and define their own schedule to fit within their ongoing tasks and responsibilities.
