Temenos Appoints Monica Rancati as Chief Human Resources Officer and New Member of the Executive Committee

GENEVA, Switzerland – 15 July, 2020 – Temenos (SIX: TEMN), the banking software company, today announces the appointment of Monica Rancati as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and member of the Executive Committee. Ms. Rancati will join Temenos in September 2020 and will report directly to Temenos’ CEO Max Chuard. She will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources globally.

Ms. Rancati joins Temenos from Microsoft, where for 8 years she led the HR function for Western Europe, one of Microsoft’s largest areas. She is a senior leader with more than 15 years of experience in HR management, talent management, executive talent acquisition and development, employee relations, M&A and other human resources disciplines.  Prior to Microsoft, Ms. Rancati served in senior HR roles with EMC for 13 years with responsibility for various countries and regions, as well as talent acquisition and development.
