Temenos appoints new President for Americas

GENEVA, Switzerland – MAY 16, 2022 –Temenos AG (SIX: TEMN) today announced the appointment of Roman Bartik as President Americas to accelerate and scale expansion in the region.

Roman will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, strategy and profitability in North and South America, effective immediately. Roman joins the company’s management board and reports to Temenos’ President and Chief Revenue Officer, Erich Gerber.

Roman is an accomplished US executive with over 30 years of experience building sales organizations for large technology companies in enterprise software and cloud services. Roman has held senior executive positions throughout his career, consistently leading global teams to boost market presence and drive measurable growth, particularly in subscription-based models.

Roman joins Temenos from SingleStore, where he was Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Sales Development and successfully led the company’s Cloud Database as a Service launch and go-to-market. Prior to that, he spent 17 years at TIBCO Software, where he held numerous global leadership positions across sales, alliances, and business development, building fast-growing SaaS business lines and expanding into new markets and segments.
