Temenos celebrates success and innovation at annual Partner Awards
Capgemini, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra and Mastercard among those recognized for their commitment to excellence

With eight successful go-lives across the Americas, APAC and Middle East and Africa in 2024, Tech Mahindra has demonstrated exceptional commitment and success across Temenos products. In the last year, the collaboration has led to several key new signings such as CEC Bank in Romania, as well as the joint development of an innovative new service to help Electronic Money Institutions get to market faster.
Global Sales Partner of the Year – Capgemini
A longstanding Temenos partner, Capgemini has helped to drive engagement with new and established clients across the globe, with particular success in Europe and APAC in 2024, and a focus on upper-tier segments and strategic accounts. The collaboration with Capgemini has expanded to encompass GTM innovations in North America and target client engagement initiatives, as well as ground-breaking deployments of new Temenos solutions, which have uncovered new opportunities both for the alliance and its customers.

With an extensive Temenos practice, HCLTech has worked on several major Temenos projects in the US and Europe while continuing to invest significantly in joint propositions, including the Country Model Bank for Luxembourg. Regional Delivery Partner of the Year (Americas) – ClearSight Solutions
Working with Temenos and other partners to support client engagements across the Americas, ClearSight’s data and analytics expertise has increased the value and return on investment for clients using the Temenos Data Hub. One such engagement was key to the success of a new Canadian client which went live to scope, within budget and on schedule.
Regional Delivery Partner of the Year (Europe) – Collaboration Betters the World
With a flexible approach and a very good understanding of Temenos’ Digital, Core and Wealth solutions, Collaboration Betters the World (CBTW) has recently enhanced its commitment to the region with increased investment and a growing number of certified resources in its practice. This resulted in three major go lives in 2024, the signing of additional projects with existing and new satisfied clients, and the development of Country Model Banks for Greece and Cyprus.
Regional Delivery Partner of the Year (APAC) – Deloitte
With a practice of highly skilled and certified consultants for Temenos solutions, Deloitte continues to play a crucial role in delivery to strategic tier 1 and 2 clients in APAC, especially in Australasia, which saw several successful go-lives in 2024. Building innovative client solutions embedding temenos software, this longstanding relationship continues to generate mutual benefit and customer satisfaction.
Regional Delivery Partner of the Year (MEA) – Tailwind Business Ventures
Engaged on a business-critical and multi-country Temenos Digital program for a strategic client in Africa, Tailwind was central to driving successful delivery and client satisfaction in 2024. With the innovative use of Artificial Intelligence, the partner was able to largely automate the installation and onboarding process within Temenos Digital, improving the customer experience both for the environments already in production and for future phases planned in 2025.
Rising Star Partner of the Year – Bahwan CyberTek
Acting as a Sales, Delivery, Country Model Bank and Exchange partner, Bahwan CyberTek has made a significant investment in strategic initiatives with Temenos over the last few years and jointly won several key customers. In 2024, BCT extended its collaboration with Temenos to further develop and market Country Model Banks in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Cambodia, the Philippines and Taiwan.
Exchange Partner of the Year – Mastercard
In June 2024, Temenos and Mastercard announced a collaboration to integrate Mastercard Move in Temenos Payments Hub and make it available via Temenos Exchange. Mastercard Move, Mastercard’s portfolio of money transfer capabilities, enables banks to move money internationally securely and swiftly, with a cost-effective range of options to route and deliver funds through Mastercard’s extensive global network. With nearly 10 billion endpoints in over 180 countries, recipients can choose from various disbursement options, including cards, bank accounts, cash pick-up locations and mobile wallets.
